SOBO BEACH Is the beast thing that has happened in Bournemouth for a long time. The council need to get a grip and make a better job of running this town. Narrow minded and wasteful, spending money in all the wrong places. Why get rid of something that actually works!

Its a fantastic place which we always visit when we're in Southbourne. We travel there from Blandford and so do others we know. Its like no where else.

We visit here every time we come down to see my mum who lives just nearby. Early morning walks with a buggy for a coffee stop, evenings for a cocktail. It’s brightened up that section of the beach immeasurably. I was even surprised to hear that my hairdresser up here in Surrey knew it, and sometimes drives down for the day specifically to hang out there!

It is a totally unique plave like no other anywhere in the uk. It has a tremendous unique relaxing vide and is our favourite place to chill with a drink and a bite anywhere in BCP territory. It is one of BCPs most valuablevassets _ perhaps not in terms of finance but in terms of value. It us central to the local community but attracts peple like us from further afield. It is the main reason we travel to southbourne as often as we do. It is BCPs highlight on the shore.

I swim here regularly & use this cafe. It’s very community oriented & does a decent range of drinks &!food not overpriced or rubbish basic stodgy food that is available in most other locations. Responsive to community & customers.

I can down from Southampton to enjoy a walk and a coffee. I enjoy the relaxing vibe and watching the runners, swimmers using the Sobo Bar as a meeting place.

It’s a perfect place for summer and winter for families and friends to use the beautiful beach. Without sobo the beach is wasted in the winter months. It’s a place for the community to come together, dog walkers, swimmers and many more groups of people. One of the best places bournemouth has seen in a very long time

After a long walk along the front the SOBO Beach is a welcome stop for a bite to eat and a drink. I love the warm welcome and great atmosphere that you get there.
