It has a good feel to it. Something to suit everybody feel. It hosts community events / sports activities as well as arts and crafts events which I have attended. It’s relaxed and calming and accessible.

I don’t live in the area but my son does and I love my trips to Sobo Beach Cafe when visiting; such a fantastic vibe. It’s used and enjoyed by so many people and is a base for lots of clubs/groups . It will be a great shame if it has to close and the amazing vibe/offer, which the current people have worked so hard to create, is lost.

In the brief few years that the current development has been at SOBO it has become a vital part of the community and acts as a local community hub. It is a very important place which brings together early morning swimmers, surfers, maternity groups, runners, dog walkers and those who use the beach and walk along the prom. It affords the opportunity for people who might not otherwise meet to do so. It is the informality and the tent/bus configuration that makes it and they have invested so much.

It’s a great place to to visit after walk along the beach with the dog. Really friendly community atmosphere. Great see families out and about enjoying themselves. It’s not overly developed or expensive.

Nothing beats the sound of the waves, smell of the sea with a hot beverage in your hand to start my day off. I come here for escapism and relaxation on my days off from working 12hr shifts at the hospital. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

It's the best all round place to eat, drink and be around other life loving humans on Bournemouth beach. It doesn't feel touristy although visitors are very welcome, feels like it belongs to and for the community. When my adult kids visit, this is where we go. It's a place for all ages.
