It represents the heart of the community and is beloved by all who know it and frequent there. It would be a massive loss to the area should another company move into that space. Please listen to what the locals actually want and what we want is for SOBO beach to stay!!

This is our favourite area on the whole coastline. We come here all summer and winter. SOBO has amazing quality food and an awesome music playlist. Kids and dogs are always welcome. Replacing this with something like Rockreef in Branksome would be a massive mistake.
