  One of the few cafe/bars very local to me. Visit often after swim, dog walk, meet with friends, Sunday sessions or just because. Chilled vibe, great coffee and menu. Always friendly and respectful and attracts families young and old. Does not need another corporate that will ruin the atmosphere and community vibe. Don’t be greedy BCP, don’t break what doesn’t need fixing, leave it as it is!

They have supported local businesses and created an amazing community hub and employed a fantastic workforce.   Sunday sessions meet friends. A down to earth beach bar that isnt posh and over priced, feel part of the sobo family and community when i go there. Not a poor person made to feel unwelcome in my home town because i m not a sandbanks millionaire. Everyone is equal here no matter how rich you are. The place is amazing and not portentous

  It’s a wonderful place and a great community has built up since it started. You can pop in on your own and instantly feel at home. In particular during the winter months it’s people we go live alone can go somewhere and find someone to chat to. They put on different event that bring everyone together including mental health and wellness groups who now use that pet of the beach It’s a destination not just a cafe We need it to stay

  Sobo offers something truly unique within BCP that the community value! The place feels safe and visited by many residents catering for different needs! Swimmers, dog walkers and other various groups and offers a place to come together, make connections and new friends!
