I go there to do yoga and walks. The place has drastically helped me improve my life in so many ways. I have made friends, become fitter and learned new things. I even take guests there for any occasion.

It's brilliant to have this facility next to the beach. It is always busy, they have a great community spirit, which is so important to the area and supports people. Staff are very friendly.

My mother passed away this year - she loved her life in Southbourne & we would always visit SOBO beach when we were with her. After she passed, we went there to sit a while & remember her. The atmosphere is always warm & welcoming. We will continue to revisit & cherish our happy memories - if SOBO Beach is no longer there, it will be a very different & sadder experience.

I live on Hengistbury Head and enjoy going to SOBO Beach frequently. It is a place that is affordable to all the community and absolutely INCLUSIVE. The Owners have done a marvellous job of listening to the community and putting on social events that bring people together and this type of venue, on our beach front should continue so that EVERYONE can enjoy it. Beach-goers, dog walkers, swimmers, people who exercise on the beach, or those who simply really enjoy a drink with friends.

It’s a great place to meet up with friends , enjoy a good coffee and enjoy lovely sea views. It’s a huge benefit to our area and people come from all over the area to enjoy what Sobo has to offer. It wouid be awful to lose somewhere that’s become the heart of Sobo life for so many .
