  We are just about to move to the area and we have been going to Sobo Beach cafe for years now- It will be a tragedy not to be able to meet our friends there each time for morning coffee and a swim. please don’t change this venue, It such a fantastic place for the community to meet and socialise together.

  We frequently walk with family and friends stopping at Sobo Beach for drinks and breakfast - 2 - 3 times a week all year round. I also attend a number of workshops/events from wreath making, crafts and yoga run aswell as the music events with friends. It's popular, well loved and well managed, serving the local community and tourists alike all year round bringing vital income and employment opportunities to the area.

  I have not been there, but I don’t see why BCP can just ignore locals view and feelings. BCP are elected by the people, so surely they should take in to consideration what the residents want for their area.

  We use this all year round and love to pop in when out with our dog. It’s casual and fun and caters to so many in the community. Sobo Beach is such a special place and losing it will be a huge loss to everyone. How was the scoring weighted because this decision can not be the correct one.

  I regularly walk along the beach and stop for coffees etc… it also has a fabulous community which is important to the area. They support lots of wellbeing groups so if this was closed for a couple of years due to change in ownership it would be detrimental to the local community.
