It’s a wonderful establishment bringing the community together through all their music and health and wellbeing events. There is no other place like Sono beach. It’s very successful and the patrons love the wonderful vibe it brings to Southbourne beach. please please do not take it away. Why destroy something so decent with decent members of society that works so well and already has so much support and generates income?

I visit when we go to the beach and that includes out of season. The music and atmosphere is so amazing and so many people enjoy it as well as us. Shame on the council if they do not renew the lease.

I go there all of the time with my girlfriend, my family , my friends and it is the only place that is a long the beach in southbourne and with all of the music and drinks it attracts so much attention to southbourne unlike anything else

Its a community hub that is inclusive for all. We use it 1-2 times per week and always bring visitors of all ages here.

I walk the beach several times a week and my treat is a latte at Sobo beach, it has such a great vibe, perfectly suits the area, hence it’s popularity, please can the council actually listen to us!

The Sobo beach allows people to have a drink or a sit down and chit chat. It takes away from the bustle at the pier. Sobo is the main reason for my visits to southbourne, and it keeps young people in much needed jobs. x

Soho Beach is a wonderful community. We go there every time we visit family over the years and always enjoy the vibe. It’s positive it cares and actively provides a great safe space for more vulnerable members of the community. Great socials great place. I was honestly shocked to hear people are considering closing it as it’s vibrant and doing so well.

A great relaxed venue providing such a great range of facilities for so many people. Caters for all. We love a coffee, cocktail,lunch or ice cream along with the Sunday DJ sets.
