  It's unique. The team running it are very community focused. Everything they do they think about us. It infuriates me that, once again, BCP hide in their homes making arbitrary decisions. Look at the stupidity of reallocating the lease for Highcliffe Castle cafe. Get rid of excellent tenants. We will take it over. Down the pan in less than a year. New tenants after having to spend our money our near bankrupt council can't afford, on renovation. They are an embarrassment. Here we go again.
