as a teenager there is not much to do in southbourne sobo is a welcoming environment for me and my friends to hangout get food and drinks go to the beach I go to St Peter’s school and it’s a big part of the summer term after school me and my friends always go to sobo and make so many memories all the staff are so lovely and the beach is beautiful and even throughout winter it’s a lovely place to swim chill out or go for a walk

It’s a great place to meet people as there is always things going on and a welcome whatever the weather. My daughter swims daily before or after work& always goes for a hot drink & pastry afterwards with her friends.

Fabulous place. It's a beach bar/restaurant like on holiday. Eclectic and fun. Not cafe, tea pot and sticky seats. I love it, my 10yr old loves it and it's like how can this be a thing in this country. We don't do things this well. Don't let the council rip it off.

I use it a lot particularly in autumn and winter when there's nothing else open for somewhere to get a hot drink for my walks along the beach, or to go for food with my family. I also do a few of the classes on here as do my kids. I'd be so sad to see it go, it's such a lovely spot and has a great community atmosphere that's hard to come by.
