Massive sense of community. I feel safe with my children. We have memories as a family. This is my home town, and this is about building bridges and bringing the locals together for the best of the community. There is a sense of peacw and tranquility.

SOBO is an asset for the local community. It should not be closed prior to a better option has been put forward, planning consent obtained and a fully approved design prepared. BCP’s decision to close it at the end of October is fundamentally flawed.

Many weekends spent here over the Summer, enjoying the amazing entertainment. A wonderful vibe, friendly staff and a welcoming community that lets you escape the worries of daily living! We drive over 45mins to Sobo Beach and it’s worth every minute of the drive. Save this fantastic venue - listen to the public!

It’s local, it’s by the beach, you don’t have to book. It’s also very new, and if we keep knocking down the same area every couple of years then that area is going to be a building site half the time

SOBO is a great place to stop for a coffee, beer or wine after a walk along the beach. We live in Branksome, but love going to SOBO. It’s unique and a great place to relax and unwind. Please do not try and fix something that is not broken.
