We moved to southbourne a year ago and have enjoyed many walks along the beach to the cafe to enjoy refreshments. Have appreciated the special 'vibe' of the place and the fantastic community feel. Although we haven't participated in the activities/classes taking place we've enjoyed just the walk, view over the iow and to studland and enjoying the lovely place we've moved to. Be very sad to lose this facility

I love popping in there whether it be an evening dog walk and a cheeky glass of vino or a morning dog walk for and a coffee. Catching up with friends and family. It really has been a community hub for all the locals.

Lovely family friendly place to visit with friends, children and dogs. Been there many times and one of my favourite places. Not many places that families of all ages can get together for a dance n on the prom on a Sunny weekend.

The mgt of SoBo have created a a diverse community that has made the location a destination of choice for those near and far. The relaxed, welcome to all vibe matches the areas needs perfectly. I cannot see another candidate offering the same level of community as that created and fostered by the current SoBo team.
