Had a great community following and as a local used it on many occasions like after wedding gathering, family hire and on Summer days at the beach. Wouldn't want to loss it.

Because it's easy with kids, dogs , quick snack, full lunch. Too many beachfront venues are too posh and don't get used. Also it's viral so brings in visitors from other areas. That's really important to locals.

This place provides support for too many groups to even consider allowing it's demise. SEND support for parents, it allows Veterans to meet and allows a place for various mental health support groups to come together as well as providing support for Mums and Dads and that's just the ones I know about. Please stop this unnecessary action and do what's right.

I attend many events here and is always somewhere I take family and friends when they come and visit me in the New Forest. It is not only special to residents but the wider community too. It is the operator that makes it so special.

Because i’ve grown up here and now when I think of Southbourne beach Sobo is the first place that comes to mind, it’s an incredible venue which genuinely supports the local community, please don’t get rid of Sobo!

I love having coffee & cake with my friend & our dogs at Sobo beach every week. It’s a real community place to visit with a relaxed atmosphere & great staff. Please don’t change what means so much to so many all year round.

It is part of our community, inclusive and accessible for everyone. If this facility is taken away or redeveloped the impact will take away a place where locals feel connected and visitors feel welcomed. The venue is a showpiece for Southbourne, it is a respectable place, well looked after and always open. The unique look is attractive, events are engaging and well managed, there are no reasons to take this away from OUR community.
