This is a social site that we use regularly, it’s a nice place for kids and adults. There is no reason to close whilst new planning permission is sought… let’s be sensible BCP. Terrible decision and process.

I use it daily as I’m a daily sea swimmer and Sobo is such a vibrant and friendly business and they truly look after every single customer whether regular customers or visitors …. Everyone is important, Fantastic customer care First Class coffee and pastries Super tasty hot and cold food always available

I get myself a lovely coffee there while walking my dog, I love the staff and the atmosphere. I love the community events they put on. Occasionally I have a nice pint of draft lager there while My dog plays on the beach. It’s just a lovely friendly quirky place.

It’s a fantastic hub for the area. We can relax with the dog while the kids play near us on the beach. There is always a great environment down there with many friendly faces.

I use the food area when visiting with my dog and family in the summer . It’s the only food venue in the dog beach area. Plus it’s just a good vibe.

I love to take my elderly mother there for a coffee where she can watch the dogs and kids play on the beach whilst drinking a coffee. It is a place she seems to be content which is rare now that she is suffering with dementia.

It has revived this area and has brought so many people from the community and beyond together. Great variety of events are provided in a totally unique setting and vibe. No need to replace it!
