I was fortunate to DJ there a few months ago at Sunday Sessions. The atmosphere and community spirit was amazing, which has been built up over many years. This will be lost if a new tenant takes over.

It has the best beachside drink and coffee vibes (the only place - unless you want to go to pretentious overcrowded Bournemouth beach places), great food options, stalls in the summer, great community events. Feels like I’m on holiday in the Caribbean. And it is even cosy in winter. I love taking my friends there. Best place on the Bournemouth coast

I swim here, I meet clients for coaching sessions and to provide menopause support here, I attend yoga events myself here and clients who use it as a wellness hub. It provides community, connections d supports wellbeing when we all need it the most.

It is a part of our local community. I enjoy meeting friends there - after swimming, after club training and socially. From the coffee to the cocktails, the cake to the crab cakes, it is the heart of our community supporting many causes and local groups. It is unique and I’ll miss it.

It is a tradition to visit SOBO Beach each time we visit our friend's in Southbourne. Our first visit to SOBO Beach was in December 2022 just 5 months after it opened. It has a very friendly and vibrant atmosphere which seems to bring the community of Southbourne together.

I’ve been here from the start of SoBO where it has grown and given people some much pleasure and good times at SOBO !! Staff are trained and polite and SOBO has a fantastic look that has again grown with it . It’s needed and they know what they are doing both for the local like me and the holiday maker . Also it’s used by community groups , birthday parties etc , Keep the vibe , keep SOBO !

Sobo Beach is at the heart of our community. It offers something for everyone, be it human or pooch. Whether you want a quick coffee stop, nice lunch, something alcoholic, catch up with friends, yoga and or all the other amazing events they have put on. Sobo have built this, and should be the preferred and sucessful bidders to continue what they started! BCP do you not see you are absolutley ruining our town? Who’s got anything good to say about Bournemouth? Don’t also do this to sobo!
