  Very welcoming. A great community vibe and multi- generational throughout the whole year not just in the summer months. My teenage daughter would rather go there to meet her friends for an iced coffee than venture into Bournemouth town as feels safe at SOBO and on the beach outside because it is so family friendly. Very dog friendly.

  Its a fantastic community based venue that provides excellent hospitality an authentic vibe and does not rip people off. It is year round and very special. If councillors can afford the sort of prices charged at venues like Rockwater we are paying them too much. Please give back to the residents the ability to decide how our community works.

  After I finished cancer treatment in April 2026 this was a huge respite for me in the summer getting me out and about again and enjoying life after stage 4 cancer. This place makes Southbourne and the reason the area has become so popular... It would be ripping the heart out if the community if it went... Please reconsider for all people who love this business/ facility of the local area.
