  Fabulous SAFE plane to meet friends and family . It is run so well staff are caring and helpful and is used regularly by hundreds of people and is most definitely part of the community for many people.

  The beach area around SOBO beach is the best beach area I know. We spent time looking for a coastal home to retire to and found this area easily the most suited to us. I love the beach for swimming and family beach time but the atmosphere is what makes the area being laid-back and very community oriented. I feel the reason for the great atmosphere in the area is largely down to the café/community hub that is the SOBO café which I feel is the best café I have been to. We always take guests there.

  I walk my dogs on the beach most days and will stop for a coffee or beer depending on the time of day. When we have friends or family staying we will usually take a walk and end up here. It is casual but extremely well run and good value. It would take something incredible to match this community hub. I have absolutely no faith in BCP procuring anything anywhere near as good.

  Great venue with affordable but quality food and drinks. Great community venue with well thought out music events. If you have a venue that doesn’t cost millions to build, it appears you can have a venue for the community, not just those who want to spend £50 - £100 plus for a meal and drinks with a view.

  It's such an asset to the community. Very popular with slightly older croud which is very underserved locally. You can see the huge effort the current owners and staff have gone to to build such a great venue. To let it go to another bidder would be a travesty. Listen up BCP!
