It’s a place that has been created in and for the community, where we meet friends, take part in events and activities, which are organised in and by SOBO beach.   I love this place and it has been my oasis. It's brought me a lot of joy all of the events held there and just being there has made me feel like I am on a holiday but on my doorstep.   Sobo is the reason my friends come down to visit, a place where we can enjoy time together summer and winter. Always a wonderful vibe, full of people. It's a main reason people come to Southbourne, both locals and friends coming on holiday. It has a, range of spaces to be, either at the top of the bus looking out on a winter sunset or dancing to chilled DJ music, meeting time for dogs even!, We don't want a fancy restaurant or the type of rubbish beach bar they tried to get going ij Bournemout
