This is a community place,a local business which i have used frequently throughout the summer and in the winter to. It would be a huge loss to the community if it was to go. Especially if it was too a big commercial company without soul.

I walk along the beach regularly and sometimes do stop for coffee, but even if I don’t it is great to see others using it and enjoying themselves. Once again I feel the council is letting residents down and “punishing” those trying to develop and community and welcome tourists.

A great place to meet friends, grab food and drink and ice creams. Play with the kids down the beach with facilities nearby.

We were new to area and found so many wonderful activities to engage in and make great friendships ~ pilates and open water swimming to name a few, we're come to sobo at least 4 times a week

The best and most consistent service offering on the beach. A strong food and beverage offer with Interesting events that go far beyond those daily offers. The current owners have brought creativity and community focussed activities that benefit the whole area. They should be held as a shining example to others, not terminated.

It’s the best place to visit in the local area. It’s hands down the most enjoyable, safe, fun, family-friendly destination we have and to lose it for a vapid, beach hut and restaurant development that the community doesn’t use would be criminal.

The place reflects the local community. Informal, inclusive, safe, fun. And it WORKS. It provides a place people of all ages can home and chat, dance, feel involved. Locals and visitors alike.
