  I believe the council should consider not only the financial return from a lease, but also the wider social value a venue delivers to local residents. The community benefits created by SOBO Beach, and the relationships and support networks built around it, should be properly recognised when assessing the long-term value of this site.

  I have been to this place a lot and I absolutely do not want it shut down by the council. Neither do I think it is right to keep threatening this business every year, it means the business will have no confidence in investing any more money into improvements. BCP are showing themselves as destroyers of businesses.
