  It's a genuine community venue who cater for all ages in a number of activities and nowhere around here does that at a beach. The staff and facilities are fantastic and they listen to the community and put in place suggestions made by for the community . I know the venue makes money but at least it ensures we all get good value for money for young or older. The atmosphere is truly wonderful as it's relaxing, clean, organised and extremely friendly to all. It has become vital for the community.

  A wonderful asset for the community to enjoy. We visit SOBO beach almost daily to meet friends. We have enjoyed great hospitality, fantastic music and wonderful food. It would be a travesty if it were to be replaced. Please keep SOBO beach!!!!

  I use this weekly, it’s an important social hub for southbourne used by many. The people who run it genuinely care about the locals and are aware of being considerate to the neighbours.
