  I come here year round and support the current tenant in everything they have done and have planned for the site. It’s unique and invaluable to the community. We don’t need any more fancy wine bars or overpriced restaurants. This is perfect day and night!

  I walk at the beach most days & come to Sobo Beach with my dog for a coffee & doggy donut. I have also done several yoga & sound bath sessions on the top deck of the bus. It’s a wonderful community cafe, please don’t take it away from us, we don’t need another Rockwater or similar establishment here. It works that has been proved, let Sobo stay.
