  • I use it all year round - coffees when on a walk in the winter, food when at the beach, drinks in the evening. It is a wonderful, welcoming place with a huge range of activities to suit all tastes. We especially love all the different seating areas so you can find the right place for whatever you are doing. The staff are great and really care about their customers

  • I'm a grandma who visits my family here regularly. SoBo is the absolute hub of every community in this area. Whether its the folk who swim in the sea at dawn, the dog walkers getting their steps in before work, the mums and babies hanging out there, the arts and crafts groups, the book clubs, the ramblers, the biking clubs, the runners . . . . You can't manufacture community. It thrives when the setting is congenial and comfortable. The council have to leave it alone.
