It provides a great deal to the community, both near and far. It hosts yoga, wellbeing, swimming, dancing, music ! It’s a place people of all ages can enjoy. There is no where else really like it and I cannot imagine anyone else coming in and providing any better let alone the same. Why would you mess with a formula that works for everyone ? Greed that’s what ! No one is putting the community or the business that has provided so much for so many over the years first !

I go there for a hot drink in the morning and there is a full community there. Its also really lively option in the evening with a unique and friendly vibe. Its the hub of the community

This venue is an amazing social place for people of all ages. When struggling with mental health it puts a smile on faces, allows people to talk to others when they may never have the chance. It is so much more. It would be a crime not to keep this wonderful venue open .

SOBO is part of my weekend routine, as I run along the beach most weekends and almost always bump into someone I know there. It has a genuine sense of community that makes it so special, and it’s so much more than just a beach venue.
